West Orange High School Alumna to Co-star in New “Animal Planet” Series

WEST ORANGE, NJ – Dr. Morgan E. Taylor will co-star in the upcoming Animal Planet documentary series, “Life at Vet U.”

 

Taylor, who graduated from West Orange High School in 2008, received her undergraduate degree in 2012 from UPenn and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2016.

 

Dr. Taylor has begun a Medical Internship in the Equine Medicine & Surgery Section in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Medicine at the University of Illinois, working on the fulfillment of the requirements of a clinical surgery specialty board. 

 

"Life at Vet U" follows Taylor and a group of fourth-year UPenn veterinary students as they complete their training at Penn Vet’s Ryan Hospital and New Bolton Center during the 2015-16 school year. She can be seen in the opening scene of the trailer scrubbing in for surgery along with several other surgical scenes.

 

The broadcast date has yet to be determined.
